Erin Ward is a professional photographer living in the Denver, Colorado metro area. She grew up in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. and first learned of her love of photography when she was given her first 110 camera at a young age.

          She auditioned for and was selected to attend a special high school with a Visual and Performing Arts program -- the only one in her county. While there, she took many art, photography and computer graphics classes. This is where she fell in love with computers.

          In college she continued her eduaction of photography, art and computers. She graduated from college and started her own computer consulting company. After doing that for several years, she moved on to work at USA TODAY in her preferred field of specialty.

          While at USA TODAY, she took many pictures of automobiles, various places and events. She continued her freelance business on her time off, and was hired to photograph numerous weddings and portraits. She became the official photographer of ComedySportz, an improvisational comedy troupe based out of Philadelphia.

          After honing her professional skills at USA TODAY for more than three years, she moved to Portland, Oregon. She lived there for a year before moving on to Denver, Colorado because of a lucrative job offer.

          Currently Erin is living in Denver, Colorado and specializes in digital portrait and wedding photography.
